At Chord Theatrical and Corporate we will require information to help promote and obtain work for artistes and keep accounting records.
Typical information required would be for example:
Artistes name/real name, address, telephone numbers, emails, website details and banking details. (To enable us to make payments to you)
We may require that you provide proof of identity by sending us a copy of a driving licence or passport and utility bill.
It sometimes may be necessary to transfer personal information overseas if the booking relates to an international engagement.
We will only ever share the minimum amount of private information to ensure that we can obtain work for artistes. This will be limited to Bookers, Clients, Agents that we work with and any legitimate government authority.
Personal data and accounting will be kept on our booking software (Agent 2000) and our secure online
Chord Theatrical and Corporate do not share private data for marketing purposes.
